Title: Counterexample to Neron-Ogg-Shafarevich criterion for calabi-Yau threefolds
Néron-Ogg-Shafarevich criterion gives a necessary and sufficient condition for the existence of good reduction for one and two dimensional Calabi-Yau manifolds. In my talk I will present a counterexample to an analogue of this criterion in dimension three, that is a Calabi-Yau threefold which satisfies conditions of the criterion and does not have a good reduction.
